How works Ricaricar

  • No advance payment and no final maxi instalment.
  • You get a vehicle (car, motorbike or microcar) with tax, insurance and assistance included, at a price you’ve never seen before.
  • You are exempt from liability for fire, theft, damage to the vehicle. You have a penalty of €250 for liability insurance and a 10% penalty of the value of the car in case of theft. You recharge the number of kilometers you want, when you need them, at any time.
  • You can check the mileage you’ve covered whenever you want on My ALD; your kilometers are detected by a GPS system connected to ALD and not by your odometer.
  • You have a dedicated customer service and roadside assistance included 24 hours on 24.
  • The kilometers available according to your contract will be start automatically on the first day of each month via the GPS device on board your car.
  • We will send you an SMS when you are about to reach your mileage threshold and when you have actually reached it.
  • If you have purchased a recharge, the excess miles will be deducted from this, otherwise you will be charged at a cost of € 0.50 VAT included for every kilometer covered.
  • You have until day 5 of the following month to recharge.
  • If you have purchased any recharges, you will not be reimbursed for any unused kilometers after the 12-month expiry date.
  • If you don’t use all the kilometers envisaged in your contract, you will be unable to transfer them to the following month.
  • If the GPS doesn’t work correctly, we will contact you to notify you about the nearest assistance point to reset it.
  • If the device is tampered, we reserve the right to terminate the contract.
  • Once contacted, you have 48 working hours of time to deliver the vehicle to the service center and to reactivate the GPS device.
  • You can use your credit card to buy your recharges on the-hurry.com website or in your private area My ALD, where you can also keep track of mileage, the recharges and all information relating to your contract.
  • Ricaricar plans available: 24/36 months.
