  • What kind of supplementary services are included? How can I access them?

    In any case in which the vehicle cannot be driven safely, due to a crash or a breakdown, the roadside assistance will allow you to benefit from the following supplementary services, previously agreed upon with the supplier ACI Global:

    • Depannage: moving mechanic for on location reparation (tire replacement, booster starter, etc…)

    • Handling and return of the insured client and of his passengers (taxi, booking and reimbursement of expenses)

    • Free transfer of the fixed vehicle

    • Return of passengers or continuation of the journey

    • Advance of expenses for foreign emergency repairs

    • Sanitary assistance

    • Sending medical staff and foreign delivery of urgent medicines
