  • How can the client apply for the car replacement service?

    If the service is contractually expected and it is necessary to bring the vehicle to the mechanic, it is possible to ask for a replacement car.
    To access the service it is required to make an agreement with the mechanic that is looking at the car (respecting the contractual terms for the supply, relative to the labor hours), the latter has to make a request to the operations center to book the replacement car.
    The operations center, after the contractual terms are verified, will deliver the replacement car according to the availability in the closest location.
    If the vehicle breaks down, the client can ask the replacement car together with the possible request of roadside assistance.
    If the client is already in an approved Service Point, he has all the information needed to apply for the service.
