  • What is included in the car replacement service when the client’s car breaks down?

    The replacement car is delivered:

    • Only in the Italian territory;

    • Only for clients that have the service included in their contracts

    • Only if the vehicle stop lasts longer than 4 or 8 working hours (as in the offer) and for the time strictly needed to repair the full leasing car, expect the stops requires to add after market accessories.

    When the car is replaced and the repaired vehicle has not been picked up within 24 hours after the reparation, ALD will charge the costs associated with the replacement car for the replacement days after the reparation date according to daily tariffs “ad hoc rental” in force at the moment of the occurrence.
