  • What services require extra charge?

    • A potential demand for tires that are not included in the quantity specified in contract. In this case, the client can still decide to proceed with the supply guaranteed by ALD Automotive and the concerning tires will be charged in one solution or with a contract modification (as requested by the client).

    • The cost associated with the reparation/substitution of alloy wheels due to an aesthetical damage or any damage that is not due to vandalism, that will be charged in one solution.

    • The delivery/redelivery in the firm location, that has to be requested to ALD in the quotation phase.

    • Winter devices, such as chains/track, that can be bought after the contract is stipulated, as after market accessories; in this case, the client will be charged in one solution, as requested to the ALD customer service.
