  • How can you return your second hand car?

    After buying a vehicle, the client can exercise the right to withdraw the contract signed with ALD AUTOMOTIVE ITALIA Srl. Without specifying the reason, the client can communicate his decision to ALD either via a registered mail to Viale Luca Gaurico, 187, 00143 (RM) Italia, or via a certified e-mail to the following address: aldautomotiveitalia@arubapec.it with the object “Return 14 days”, within 14 days of the date the vehicle was delivered, as it is specified in its delivery report.

    1. ALD AUTOMOTIVE ITALIA will refund all the payments received from the buyer, except the costs associated with the transfer of ownership, without undue delay, and in any case within 14 days of the date ALD is informed of the Buyer’s decision to withdraw the contract. Such refunds will be issued with the same payment method that the buyer used in the initial transaction, unless he explicitly specified otherwise.

    2. To be able to exercise such rights and obtain the refund, the buyer will have to return the vehicle by delivering it in the authorized ALD center where the initial delivery took place, without undue delay and in any case within 7 days of the date he informed the seller about his decision to withdraw the contract. In order to be qualified for the refund, the vehicle must be in the same conditions in which it was received, intact and complete of all its components, it must function perfectly and it must not have traveled more than 500 km.

    3. The returned vehicle will be carefully expected by a technical advisor appointed by ALD in the authorized ALD center, in a contradictory procedure with the client and/or an expert sent by him. The buyer will be responsible for a decrease in the value of the good coming from a potential handling of the vehicle that is not in line with the one necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and the function of the goods. In particular, in the case of exceeding the maximum limit of 500 km of distance covered, the buyer will have to repay ALD at a maximum cost of 0,80 € for each additional Km. He won’t have to bear any costs associated associated with refund done by the seller, according to article 2.

    Summary

    1. Send a communication via registered mail with the object “Return 14 days” to ALD AUTOMOTIVE ITALIA Srl, Viale Luca Gaurico, 187, 00143 Roma (RM) Italian, or a certified e-mail to the following address aldautomotiveitalia@arubapec.it within 14 days of the date the vehicle was delivered.

    2. Return the vehicle in the authorized ALD center where the delivery took place within 7 days of the date he informed the seller about his decision to withdraw the contract, according to the availability of the technical advisor appointed by ALD.

    3. The vehicle must not have traveled more than 500 km and it must be in the same conditions in which it was received, intact and complete of all its components, and it must function perfectly.

    4. Wait for the refund by ALD AUTOMOTIVE ITALIA Srl that will be issued as soon as possible, with the modality and terms previous indicated.
